I’m leaving, on a Jet Plane…to Asia!

I’ve said goodbye already to one part of my school who are going to do their field assignment in Belfast. That’s when the reality that I really am going to Asia hit me. I can’t wait. Some others are going to Serbia.

The anticipation of going to Asia increased as the days went by. I felt like I was just going through the motions of preparation without the emotion of going to a place halfway around the world room where I love. That alone should make me get excited. Not only that, it’s a country with a culture completely different from my own. I’m really intrigued by studying the language already. The fact that it is tonal makes it more fun too. Thank goodness that we will be spending our time where most all people speak English

I won’t be posting any more updates on my blog until I get back from Asia in July. I look forward to telling everyone all our trip!
